week 3-4 not to good

hi not had a good week and a half i ended up at my walk in centre with an infected nipple, and was given antibiotics after a few days of being on them was called back in and they changed the tablets was warned about bad side effects and advised not to take xenical whilst i was on new antibiotics , omg only took 1 tab on tues teatime and my stomach was very badly off up until fri so not feeling to good at the min but back on xenical tommorow and starting again only lost 1 pound , so need to buck myself up and get back to it , starting with an exercise class tommoz :cry:

hi feeling better now of the antibiotics but feel like i have been knocked sideaways a bit, feeling tired and suffering with a bad stomach , feel down about weightloss as was doing well and feel this has knocked me of course a bit , but started this week back on xenical and back at the gym fresh start now
