    nicely done miss.y

may I be so rude as to ask what you put on and why you think you put it on.

I would like to know so I can avoid the same pitfalls.

good luck and keep posting, everyone here is really supportive and I couldnt have done it without them all.

    oops!

    :)hi
when i did lighter life in 2007 i went down to my lowest possible weight in bmi terms i mean...a size 8 was pretty loose in the end and i put on a little thru management but think i needed to!! i managed to stay around a size 10-12 for just over a year then started to use food in the old way...and probably more so the wine too!!!! in past 2 years have gone right back up to nearly the weight i was not quite but almost:confused:
but hey... am 2 aqnd a half weeks in to trying again and feeling quite differently about my expectations for the future... it is hard but i have lost a dress size already so keeping focused!!!!
i think maintenence is kind of like marriage... you have to wake up every morning wanting it to work and put in necessary effort and care to make sure it does in fact work.... hope this answers your question??!!!!
well done on your losses so far, you must be thrilled!! how are you finding it?? x

hmmm. I know that i will have to think about life when I am trying to maintain and not slip. seems so easy to go back to old ways by all account.

Im finding foundation fine, not too bothered. Just boring at times. hoping to only be going for 3/4 weeks maybe til managment then the real test begins. Ill be posting to let you all know how im fairing.

well done on getting the drive to come back and good luck with it all.

Hi all, I don't know what the policy is on showing links? This morning I read this truly amazing blog by a man who did LL a few years ago, it was honest, informative and truly funny, I actually laughed aloud a few times and that doesn't happen often. I would love to share it but not sure if it's allowed?

I tell you what, if anyone's interested just google his name, Andy Back, and click on his lighterlife diary. I traced it back to the start and read the whole thing in one sitting - laughing, crying, just brilliant - well worth a look.
Hope everyone's having a good weekend so far :)

    wow.

read it all. BE WARNED LOTS OF FOOD TALK.

what an achievement. I hope that he has maintained. Not sure I could have done that long. Im already dreaming about chewing again.

I think I am going to have to over shoot my target, really worried about putting back on and pusing me further in to overweight.

Going to go and change my sig now

Oops, sorry FF I forgot to warn about "offensive content". The pics of him on the rest of his site show him as very slim, so unless they're out of date it seems he's maintained successfully. I see what you mean about going over target. I was thinking about that today - is that what people call a buffer? Then you have a little leeway as you get used to e****g again, makes sense.
