I went to an impromptu party last night and must have consumed all my week's syns in alcohol and food (I enjoyed it tho!
). I can't believe that any chance of weight loss this week has gone. I feel like saying, what the hell this week but am here to ask advice on damage control. My weigh in day is a Thursday so I have until then to do something, anything to at least let me stay the same on the next weigh in. I'm not doing brilliantly at this... week 1 - 2.5lbs off, week 2 - stayed the same (stuck to it 100% tho
)
