You dont have to do AAM after 4 weeks anymore, you can SS for 12 weeks now, then you do 810 for a week.

I normally have a chicken salad, except my 'salad' consists of cucumber and... cucumber.

At the moment I'm eating a cucumber every day! :p (I'm on 1000 though!)
Which I'm sure isn't healthy, but I love the stuff :p haha.

I also have had (shhh) Quorn burgers, which we're not allowed but I fancied being naughty :p

Cucumber Salad is good for you, it is like a tonic, put the juice in the fridge, and you can also wipe the make up from your face, i once knew a lady who came into a shop i worked at, and she asked me to guess her age, and i thought about 60 and she was 85 she said from 14 she has been using cucumber juice on her face and it helped her never have wrinkles, she didn't have any!

She was a slim lady, who had lovely skin, it was a couple of years ago, she may still be using her cucumber juice!!!

    Back to the post...

Scrambled egg done in the microwave, my sister said shes having, with pepper.

Chicken no skin, with lots of green and white veggies.

    Ham with green leafed salad

I think you can have fish too.

Congratulations on your loss this week. Don't think you have to do AAM unless you have planned to, that is.

Well done with your weight loss hun. Anything with chicken or tuna would make a good AAM because of the low carbs.

Wow, I'm jealous!! But seriously that's fantastic to lose 1 and half stone in 3 weeks would be impossible unless you were doing this diet. Fab pmb I'm looking forward to seeing what you lose next week.

    Thanks Guys.

I'm so confused about this AAM. My CDC insists I have to do it to keep my metabolism going, and that it is still part of the program, I even told her I had read on here and the Pink Forum that you no longer had to AAM in week 5 but she still insists saying that that is wrong and that she is going to complain to CD.

Is she just out of date? Should I add a meal or not???

    Hi pmb

Congratulaions on the loss. I think it is due to the new government guidelines you can now do the plan for 12 weeks before you need to AAM

Hi PMB. in the new pink CD book it says that SS can be done for up to 12 weeks. It used to say 4 weeks, so it looks like your CDC is a little out of date.. Cant say I blame her though TH CD website doesnt make it too clear. I guess it's up to you whether you aam or not. Looking at the forum though people's losses dont seem to be effected overall so if you've been looking forward to the aam week go for it (within the rules)

    Thanks guys,

Gave up arguing with CDC, no discussing with CDC, so did SS+ for a week.

Still think she is out of date, wanted me to do old AAM not SS+.

Anyway I've printed off some of the posting from the site and given them to her. Still insisting you should do AAM in week 5, but at least she has now said she'll check with CD.

    Take Care.

I think aam would be okay, just watch you portion control.

Do what you feel you should do, your CDC should encourage you to take control as its your body.

    Good luck
