    A good week, back on my cycling after a week off due to the snow, and even mixed in a 15 minute run on arrival at work.


    Starting Weight 17st 11lbs

    Week 1 16st 8lbs - 17 lbs :)

    Week 2 16st 3lbs - 5lbs :)
