Well done, keeping on track has been well worth it, 4.5lb is great. You've got to do whats best for you and if doing SS+ is going to prevent you from cheating then maybe thats a good thing, but you know you can do this, you already have been!

Wow, 4.5lb you have done amazing, i thought about going to SS+ also but have changed my mind i have been hungry all week so decided to have some tuna, big mistake, made me even worse, so staying on ss - going to up the water intake and see how i get on.

Good luck though if you do ss+, you have to do whatever you think is right for you.
