Week 3 WI

S: 11st0lb C: 10st10lb G: 9st6lb BMI: 28.3 Loss: 0st4lb(2.6%)
Morning All - well stepped on the scales and wasn't too sure what to expect (had a few bits over the weekend I shouldn't have but not excessivley) and was delighted to see I've dropped 2lbs off! :D

Here's to week 4 and hopefully from here on in I'm going to lose around 1-2lbs per week and shift that last stone!

thats great news! good for you! 1-2lb i think is quite realistic on this especially if you are not always 100% .... like me lol
