Hi everyone week 3 weigh in and ive lost another 3lb gone a day early as im starting refeed today till monday when i get back to tfr again! had 2 shakes and a tin of tuna in springwater a boiled egg and some salad for my teacouldnt eat it all plan to have the same tomorrow! __________________

goin to see family at the weekend havent seen them for years its a 60th birthday party i was just goin to have a sunday lunch with them not bothered about drinkin or the buffet but the pharmacist said i had to do a refeed! myself personally thought it would off been easier just to have the dinner and carry on with the shakes! but im doin as im told!! for a change! lol
