    Hi all just had my week 3 weigh in lost 4.5lbs making my total 13.5 finding the dreaded weekends reall tough...

    Well done! Lots of us find weekends the hardest - the real test of this way of (not) eating. I need to go hour by hour sometimes rather than day by day, lol:)
