    Well tonight was my third weigh in, in total ive lost 10 pound really want 4 next week any ideas

    Fab weightloss already, Hun!! Don't know what you should change for a 4lbs loss. Whatever you're doing at the mo seems to be working!

    gosh...thought i was doin good at 7.5 in two wks...but thats fab hun...it does slow down a bit usually..... just keep doin what ur doin and u shoud be fine!

    Well had weigh in last night and lost 5lb so ive lost 16lb in 5 weeks woo hoo

    No secret im having al my 29 points a day and i have all my 49 weeklys too..........should be at goal in 9 weeks if i carry on and lose 2lb a week.....i hope i can do it not been 10 stone in nearly 9 years hope ur doing well
