week 3

So week three is going good so far. Had a blip at the weekend as we were treated to a meal from a friend as a wedding present (we are recently married) so the diet went out the window for one night (although, i did ensure it remained carb free). Kicked me out of ketosis tho and I am now on day three and just got back into it so it didnt take long to regain. The weight loss showed tho on Monday having only lost 2 1/2lbs. Still pleased with the loss tho, better than i gain i guess.
