How's your week gone?

I've gone back onto ss for a couple of weeks as not getting the losses. And away next weekend so gonna have 2 1/2 days off and then going onto ss for a week before wi.

It's so hard with all these socials!

Well I lost 2lbs on fri and got into the 12s!!!!!! Only just 12.13 but there lol!

Had a mentally fat week this week and I'm treating myself tonight to hopefully get me out if this depression :( lol and feeling normal for a night haha!

How are you going! Is this day 1 on ss? I need to sort my head out but final stresses at work are making it hard! But not long left :)

I had my first gain this week. It was my first weigh in since I had been a bit off the rails! And gained 1.5 lbs so not a disaster but still annoying!

Hence the back on ss for a couple of weeks. I want to definately lose another stone before Christmas so need to get in the zone! I'm away for our anniversary next weekend and hoping that by being on ss for a whole week before weigh in will help me to lose anything I gain while I'm away!

Hope you enjoyed your evening off! Must be nice to feel normal!

Yeah it was. I was super pleased. But I don't think my mind has quite caught up with my body if that makes sense. I think bc of how quick my mind still thinks I'm back where I stayed almost and I'm struggling to believe it. And struggling to avoid the "oh I'm fat you may as well eat it" thoughts. It almost like the smaller I get the harder it is mentally! It's weird!

1.5 is nothing. You know you can loose that easily in a week on ss! My goal is to try and get a 100% until Xmas and get into the 11s for Xmas day! Don't quite believe it. But could do that at 2lb a week I reckon! Lol.

I enjoyed it not as much as I thought. And I'm regretting it this morning lol! I must remember this next time I think it's a sensible idea.

But what triggered it was on my scales (I'm a daily hopper) I'd gained 2lbs after being 100% for two days and I couldn't figure out why! :(

Which ended up with me feeling meh and deciding to have the night off :( oh well. Nothing I can do now except move on. Start a fresh today ...

With two horrible night shifts coming up!

Sometimes the idea of eating normally doesn't always work out as nice.

Yes I'm on it 100% do hopefully I will get the results on Thursday.

Sorry to jump in! But your before and after photos are brilliant :) you look amazing, and as hard as the whole process is, it isn't forever! One day, we'll all be at our target weight and able to maintain while eating like normal people *yay* :)
 
Hi ladies! I'm enjoying your posts! I'm just about hitting 12 weeks now on SS and i'm scheduled for the add a meal plan starting Saturday. I'm also travelling to South Africa on an over 12 hours flight that night. I'm dreading how I will hold up for one whole week in a foreign land!!! I am packing my scale with me to weigh in daily!!! Any suggestions? Its a conference and all I can see on the agenda is dinner....blah....blah....dinner.....luncheon....blah....blah.... tea break.....more dinners.....I'm scared stiff!!!
 
You could try to choose the salad/veg with a very lean protein like chicken at those times. To avoid feeling left out?

I would sleep on the flight I think! Avoid any temptations.

But good luck. Not sure I could do it on holiday.

I'm sulking ATM. My scales imply I'm gonna gain 2lbs. They say 12.13 which is last weeks official. But last week mine read 12.11.

I have no idea why. I've done my step up this week. And I feel so bloated think that totm related. And I'm binged up flu/cold :( but I seriously feel like face planting some chips! :( x
 
Ahh don't eat chips! :) you'll be retaining water if it's TOTM - your weight can fluctuate by 7lbs! So keep at it and you'll see the benefits next week :) xx

It might just be because you've weighed mid week. Just stick to your consultants weigh in as that's more accurate.

Well I failed. I did eat chips. Marcus came home with them. And I just gave in. I had grilled chicken and some chips.

And I'm dying of man flu today! So feeling completely pants and tbh CBa with cd. I'm
On plan today so far but feel like I just wanna eat everything and anything! X
