How did you get on at weigh in?

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs wk 11- 2 lbs wk12- 6.5 lbs wk 13- 2.5 lbs wk 14- 2.5 lbs
 
I managed a sts. But considering those bad days I was pleased! So here's to another better week hey :) how are you going? Xx
 
At least you maintained. Absolutely here's to another good week.

Just had a session with my personal trainer and lost 5 lbs since she weighed me last Saturday (before i caved) which was an achievement. But won't know for sure until I see my consultant on Monday.

I've got a curry to go to next Saturday and trying to work out what I can have that's not too bad. I'm veggie bur eat fish. I'm not having poppadoms or a starter so just having a main dish. Any ideas?

Exactly could have been much worse. I'm just focusing on the week ahead :)

My CDC told me on a ss+ day I could have a chicken tandoori dish from the Indian. It's basically grilled chicken served with a salad. Not sure if they do a fish or vegetable version? But I guess just stick to low carb or non if you can. And try to avoid creamy sauced still to tomato based ones if you have to have a saucy one?

And well done on the loss that's great! I'm hoping for a 3 this week :) xx

I think I'll try that. I'm waiting for my friend to let me know the restaurant name so that I can look at the menu before I go. But we'll see.

Coming off plan has definitely made it harder to keep the brain in check! But hopefully I'll make it! Only 6 days to go till wi hahaha! Would love a loss this week just to give me that boost again! (Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I shouldn't have sts this week - but a loss will keep me motivated again)

I've looked online at general Indians and it says tandoori king prawn is roughly 200 cal and plain rice which is roughly 111 cal and some salad if they do it. Think it's my best option. What do you think?

Yes I usually have the chicken version of this - and most Indians I've been too the tandoori dishes are served with salad!!

So just been to weigh in and only lost 3 1/2 lbs. feeling a bit annoyed! But wondering if I'm losing inches now rather than lbs as have upped my excercise.

But oh well onto the next week!

Any loss counts and any loss brings us closer to goal!

If you'd gained 3.5 you'd say that was a huge number! So it's just as huge when you loose it :)

You can get just as good a number this week too.

I've had a fantastic day! I've had two workouts and a 100% ss+ day (due to exercise)

Feeling amazingly in control and positive. Let's hope it reflects on the scales :) xx

I've lost 23lbs with Cambridge. Which since beginning to loose weight is 4st 3lbs (some done with sw!)

But want in an ideal dream world to reach 10st which is 3st 7 away :(

I am proud actually for the first time In my life. I like what I see.

I've set a goal of 12 st and 15 st 3 lbs at the mo.

Yes I do notice it. But after a while I think you become used to the new you if that makes sense so you need to keep loosing to keep that motivation going. But here's hoping we're reach target soon and we won't get bored haha! X

I'm doing a lot of exercise this week. Mon I had pt (personal training) and Zumba. Wed pt and pilates. Thur step aerobics and pilates. Then wi Friday.

So I'm hoping I won't gain infact I'm hoping it'll give me a boost this week - I'm off work this week so making the most of it. But I do love exercising and I don't want to give it up. I always do a ss+ day and have eggs for breakfast so I don't pass out (previous attempts with no eggs proved I would pass out :s).

I need a loss and a mental boost this week! I am feeling more positive today than I have been last week - had a rubbish week last week just lost all my mojo. Hoping it's coming back for good lol!

What exercise have you been up too? I'd really like 3lbs. But tbh would settle for any loss - do you have a mini goal this week? Xxx
