    Hi guys,

    Had my 33rd WI today, and lost 2.5lbs. I'm pleased it has picked up from my last 2 weeks as I was beginning to think I would be on TFR for eternity!

    You are soooooo close now, are you going to get the last 12.5lbs off on TFR or do some of it on the re-feed?

    I'm staying on TFR until I reach goal. I may lower my goal as I get closer to it, but I'm going to see how I feel.

    Clair, another brill week for you. You have picked up steam again. Good for you as you are so close to the line now.
    I'm glad to report a 2lb loss this week. I'm well pleased with that. This is on eating a low GL meal a day and some leftover shakes.
