I am coming to the end of week 4 and I am starting to get a craving for food,beer and cigarettes.
I am due for my weigh in tomorrow and if it goes as planned, next week should see me moving up to the next level ( my CDC terminology). I have lost a stone and a half and I reakon I have about another stone to lose.
The problem is the last few days I have found it really hard to keep my mind off eating drinking and even smoking. I gave up smoking at Christmas, so I find it wierd that it is starting to eat away at me now. I am having a few mates round tonight for a game of poker and I was wondering if it would really be so bad to have a couple of beers?
I know it will knock me out of ketosis and I will put on a bit of weight. But I really feel the need for a blow-out.
