Week 4 weigh in

So, because of being away for work the rest of this week I needed to stock up on LT delights and get weighed 2 days earlier than normal.

Pleased to report I had lost 2.5lb which takes me just over the stone-and-a-half mark at 21.5lb AND means i'm into the 17st bracket for the first time in at least 2 years i think.

Never thought I'd be so pleased with my smallest loss so far

Also, I've managed to fit into a pair of size 22 trousers i bought a year ago (wishful thinking at the time!) *and* my new size 24 dress for a wedding next weekend also fits (i actually bought it the same size i always buy from Evans but it was too small, so big grrrrr to Evans).
