Afternoon all, I don't often post but I read all the time. I have to get weighed every 2 weeks so this is only my second weigh in so here goes.
Week 1 - 2 Lost 14.25lbs
Week 2 - 4 Lost 10.5lbs
Starting weight 18.1 1/4 now weigh 16.4 1/2. All the halfs and quarters matter you know!! I am 5ft 10in and have four cd meals a day.
24 3/4llbs lost in just one month can you believe it. I still have a fair way to go but I cannot believe it. I have stuck to it 100%, all of you who are close to giving up don't it really does work. In total I have also lost 14.5inches as well. I have been trying on all my summer clothes they all fit now, infact some are getting rather too big. Oh how I am looking forward to summer. Normally at this time of year I am dreading the summer wondering what I can wear to cover up.
