Week 4 WI

Another 4lbs gone! And' I've got into my size 16 work suits this week, considering I was bursting out of size 20 trousers 4 weeks ago I'm amazed!

Only 4 more pounds to go til I've lost 2 stone!

Well done and good luck with your journey - it's great having to get rid of those 'too big' clothes. I happily had to dump some trousers this morning that now fall off me!
