    Lost 2.5 lbs....thats 16.5lbs in 4 weeks....much better than I imagined as doing 810 plan. Lightest I have been since having my kids :)

    Thanks guys. Not had a good weekend...wont go into detail but have let myself down a bit. Back on track tomorrow
