Tracy is right .. a loss is indeed a still a loss, and a step closer to goal. Don't be too disheartened and keep up your hard work and week 5 weigh in will be higher :) x

Hi sandyshaw , a pound is a pound , well done , you should give yourself a pat on the back . This diet can be hard enough at times , especially if your Sick .
