Week 4??

Just about to start my first week 4, what do you have to eat / drink with the extra 200 calories (if I've got that right?). I need some ideas for what works. Thanks
 
Most people eat a small high protein, low fat, low carb snack, like a little chicken breast and salad I think Sophia. Be careful though - my add a meal week started off like that, but snowballed into stuffing myself with rubbish! Took me all my willpower to get back to TS the following week! Good luck. :)
 
i made some omelettes, frittata, salads with chicken or light mozarella, chicken from sunday roast with veg, grilled fish with veg, seafood. I actually found it quite hard to eat all the packs with the extra food, just not hungry.
