New results, and I have lost 4lbs this week which I am very happy about! I am now 14st exactly! Very very pleased with this result! Just 4lbs more and I would have lost 2 stone!:vibes:

Oh and I would also like to ask something, I'm a little concerned with my scalp, I haven't really had this problem this bad before I started LT.

Has anyone ever had a lot of spots growing on their scalp? everytime I brush my hair in certain areas of my head, I have this horrible stinging pain. Are they just normal pimples or has it got something to do with LT?

hey huni! well done on your weight loss!...
im not sure if your scalp problem has anything to do with LT or not but I'd keep up with the water and also see if you can get some good hydrating shampoo which will be kind to your scalp. this happened to me a while ago before LT but I think it was just the shampoo I was using. I started using johnsons baby shampoo (dont u dare laugh) coz my scalp was really sensitive and then it went away after a while... then i went back to my normal shampoo. try changing ur shampoo to something milder and if that doesnt help then perhaps u need to see your doc coz they'll be able to give you some nice stinky stuff for your hair which shud help :p

Thanks, hehe I've been tempted to use Johnsons baby shampoo myself, I heard it makies your hair really soft. I'll wait and see if they go down. if not then yeh I'll switch shampoos.

well done on your loss. I think you need to change shampoo every so often as your hair gets used to it. My scalp is really dry at the minute and it looks awful. Just got hubby to get me some head and shoulders to try. Again as the others suggest, try a different shampoo and see how you get on.

ive never needed to use conditioner with the baby shampoo and my hair is usually quite dry. head and shoulders might be a bit strong for your scalp at the mo coz you have an irritated scalp... but there is one for very sensitive scalps... try that. do u ever put oil in your hair? i put oil in my hair an hour or so before i have a shower and then just wash it out. it really helps keep my scalp from getting dry...

baby oil, or olive oil (only if my scalp feels really dry, coz olive oil is very rich) baby oil is the best to use really coz it doesnt smell of anything!... just rub it into your scalp and your hair. i mainly rub it into my scalp coz thats my problem aread but putting it all over your hair makes it really nice and shiny and healthy looking after a shower..
