Week 5 Weigh In - 20 pounds (have hit the dust baby oh yes!)

Whoop!

Another 3 pounds off this week - that gives me 20 pounds off in total on the new you diet!!! happy days

Also big milestone was achieved for me as I am now back in the 9's!!!! yay!!!

Hope to get to healthy BMI for end of feb / early march!

All in all im just loving it!!!
