Week 5 weigh in.....

    Morning all.

    Well after my unexpected STS last week I have managed to lose a whole giant 1lb this week:D I'm quite happy with this as I had Friday and Saturday as planned days off and ate not loads but a lot of carbs.
    The scales r finally moving! And I've reached my first mini goal in time!
    I know that next week im gonna hav a bigger loss as i have no more time off now until my holibags in June! So im back on the road to slimness!
    Anyway, i know 1lb isn't much to boast about but for 2 weeks solid my scales have stuck at 16st 11lb and this morning was a lovely surprise to see 16st 10lb!!
    I'm keeping at this-- i know it works and i cant wait to be slim!!!!!!

    That's great news. Remember that although the scales may be moving slowly, the fat loss certainly isn't.
