Hi all,
Congratulations on all your good work. I thought i would let you know my progress for this week. I have 3wks before i go on holiday and have to refeed 1 week prior. I hope that will be enough time. I will make sure i carry my shakes for breakfast.
week 1 - 10lbs
Week 2 - 5lbs
Week 3 - 3lbs
Week 4 - 5lbs
Week 5 - 4lbs
Week 6 - 6lbs 7lbs to go Yehhhhhh!
Now comes the hard part! wish me luck!
