Well after wk1-4 losses being 7lb then 4lb then 2lb then 3lb I felt ready to give up. I had been 100% SS with 2 810 meals in that time so I was a bit gutted. 16lb was a fab loss but it just wasn't enough giving my size KWIM. I made a conscious effort to drink 3l of water every day during wk5 and I pulled a 6lb loss
