Week 5 weight in

Just back from my week five weight in, im over the moon, ive lost seven pound, so im one pound off two stone so far.:bliss:never thought this would work as good as it does. Im so happy.

thank you so much everyone, I feel amazing today now, Ive started walking to school back for the kids even thought its a few miles away and the hill killed me, but the more exercise and creams I use the more chance I will firm up as well.
