Week 5 - WI (2 days early!)

Had to weigh in today as my chemist is closing for 3 days for refurbishment - was really not looking forward to it as i thought the scales wouldnt shift BUT............ had 4lbs off - so delighted I am walking on air!!!! With a lot of luck I may even weigh in next week 12 stone something . Let's all keep going and be happier and healthier!!!! Thanks for all your support x x x x
