    Thanks everyone.
    Now that I've lost 2 stone I can see a very small light at the end of the tunnel. I still 71/2 stone to lose but hitting my first target has strengthened my motivation & of course I couldn't have kept with the diet if it wasn't for you guys on this forum. :) xxxxx
