Week 5 WI

    After a horrific week of nibbling, it caught up with me and I gained 1lb :(
    My CDC and I discussed that as last week was my first week on bars it could be that as I havnt slipped up before. She was amazing and talked me through changes both physical and mental.
    I feel like my goal to wear a bikini on holiday in August is slipping further and further away.
    Sorry for sounding so depressing but for the last 3 weeks I've had dissapointing WI's.

    Cheer up hun...look at the whole picture you have lost more already than you would have done on any other diet 25 lbs in 5 weeks is amazing...You'll have a better loss next week for sure:D our bodies work in funny ways...you will be in that bikini for your hols i'm sure:D

    Don't be too hard on yourself most of us have done it. Stay focussed & that bikini body WILL be yours!!
