Well done to ya and 3lbs a week is not to be sniffed at. Thats nigh on your stone a month that way. Keep up the great work :)

Brilliant losses hun, I'm only on day 6 and week 5 seems like a lifetime away!
honestly it only seems like yesterday that I was on my 1st week but time really does fly on this diet. it is hard to start but once you get into a routine its grand so keep going you WILL do it:)

When u 1st start this diet it's on ur mind all the time & u can't ever believe u'll reach 5, 6, 7 + weeks but b4 u no it ur already there. I'm half way thru week 5 now but keep avin to think how many I've done. Good luck with it x
