    I was really really worried earlier about this weeks loss, but I have a feeling I know what my problem is, so hopefully next week I'll have a big loss!

    Anyway, I lost 2lbs this week, so next week, more water!

    Well done ruth, I increased water last week and it really paid off have to say though I haven't drank as much this week and it really shows it's my weigh in tomorrow and up to now I've lost a pound so it really does seem to work. But you still have done very well up to now keep it up.
