    hey everyone hope everyones doing good. i had my 5th weigh in, wasnt as bad a weight gain as i expected seeing as i was ill and in hospital having to eat the whole week and on new meds, got the all clear from my gp today so due to re start tomorrow, hoping it wont take too long to lose what i gained, my cdc reassured me its mostly water weight just hope hes right!

    week1: -7lbs
    week2: -6lbs
    week3: -4lbs
    week4: -1lb (bad totm and on new meds)
    week5: +4lbs (been offplan due to medical reasons)
