Hi Guys, Week 5 wi and only lost 1lb... :sigh:

Thats 22 lbs, and am delighted, but am struggling... not sure if its hunger or boredom, but having bad day. Totally p..d off after wi so made myself a lovely piece of brown bread and now feel terrible!!! Anyway will be back tomorrow just needed to ease the guilt!
 
Awww hun don't worry about it. Try and start over tomorrow, 1lb off is better than 1lb on. You have been doing great.
 
Well at least it was only one slice. Treat it as your cheat for the week and no more! Bread
Doesn't tempt me so I am lucky, but the 2 roast hams I did this afternoon (I can still smell them) most certainly did. The children's Easter eggs keep calling to me too.....
