Week 6 Weigh In & Another good week:)))))

Well im here at week 6 and im over the moon for 2 reasons No.1 ive lost 7lbs this week and No.2 Im now into the 20 Stone weight range after my 47lb weight loss.

This is a weight I have not been at for as long as I can remember so doing this Exante Diet has been the best thing ive done and just wish I new about it years ago.

Good luck to everybody on their weight loss journey and I hope everybody has good results this week.

Well done you ,great losses. You along with eveyone else on this forum are a inspiration and I know with us all supporting each other the weight will drop off for good.
