week 6 weigh in...some you win some you lose!

Not even gonna move my ticker this week as only lost 1/2 a lb...but hey ho onwards and upward as they say...least i didnt put any on which as i have to spend most of my time sat still i am grateful for..
Am slowly learning not to worry about each weeks weigh in but to look at the total gone so far....not always easy but my chemist keeps reminding me that its the best way to stay focused.
Actually am very focused....on the bacon buttie hubby is sat next to me eating lol

Don't be so hard on yourself Vikh, any loss is a cause for celebration.:happy036:The alternative could have been a 3lb gain, if you had not been on the diet. You will probably lose loads next week - onwards and downwards.:D

cheers...not sure if i'm down on myself...just accepting situation at mo...3 weeks sat on arse with knee in a brace means i dont expect miracles and am kinda proud of myself for sticking to it even when stir crazy with boredom lol

I'd be moving my ticker if it was me! Half a pound is still some achievement .... it takes you UNDER 200!!!!!!!!! AND could change your BMI!!!
