week 6 weigh in...

Ive only been away a few weeks and come back and your disappearing!
Seriously though really big well done. 19Lbs in 6 weeks is brill.

Have you found the diet to be easier some weeks more than others? On my last stint i was fine weeks 1 and 2. Felt harder week 3 though. Maybe was just the novelty factor wearing off for me.

its been pretty easy for me really, never really been a big breakfast or lunch eater so shakes have been great for me. and only having to calorie count my tea has been great too. never found a diet so easy really :)

I seem to find SF fairly easy to stick to. I'm the same as you. I never ate breakfast before and lunch was always on the go. Now I think my body is glad it's getting a shake for breakfast and lunch at the same time, then my cooked meal... I'm think my body is happy with this routine.
I don't seem hungry enough to eat 3 snacks aday, does this matter if I don't??

i feel as if i dont need the three snacks either... :/ ... a massive well done to you losing 19lbs... hun thats amazing Bikerkitty :)
