Week 6 weigh in

Its another 4lb off. I'm really happy as there was a couple of days this week i wasn't upto my usual 3.5 - 4L of water.
It also means i'm now under 16 stones for the 1st time in years!!!

This is my last week off 100% before i refeed as i have the weddings coming up soon but may well go back on it again. Will see how i feel Looking forward to another fab number next week.
