dissapointed this week as only lost 2lbs and last week sts. It could be because I'm not drinking as much water at the moment as been so busy and also been doing a lot of manual work. So I think I am going to have to sit on my bum for a week and chugg water down like there's no tomorrow.
But at least the scales are still going down albeit a bit slow at the moment.

2lbs loss is good, well done. Definately drink plenty of allowable fluids though.
