Week 6 Weigh In

    Ok so VERY happy today, lost 2 1/4 pounds this week!! :) Bringing me down to 13 Stone 11 1/4 pounds!!

    Also went out for dinner last night, and had broccoli soup with a white dinner roll, and a chicken salad with a few baby potatos, and 1 bite of a chocolate mini roll, whilst at the party I had 4 glasses of diet coke. I can honestly say that I felt terrible, even though I didn't finish my meal I still ate to much and I felt my body had trouble digesting it all. My stomach must have shrunk! Also due to the diet coke, have a splitting head ache today. So note to self, next time drink orange juice and eat less!!

    You are a good example to us all.

    Glad you had a good time last night. Hope you feel okay today. I had backlash due to the pizza on Friday. Figure that even after a short length of time, our bodies become unused to the old diet habits, even if our heads do not.

    I'm so impressed with your hard work. Hoping looking at your results will keep me on the straight and narrow.

    Thanks Caroline, defo never want to drink diet coke ever again! Or at least I will opt for caffine free one. In fact will order some for my work!!

    My bedroom is an absolute mess, as I had a trantrum last night about having nothing to wear, I must be a size 15, which is very frustrating when everything I own is either to big or too small!! But we will all get there.

    I have also signed up for a keep fit class starting first week in March, I figure once a week initially and see how it goes. I just hope I can keep up the good work. Starving now, so off to munch on some granola!

    That is so GOOD Jessica - I wasn't quite as controlled as you on Valentines and had several glasses of wine and Banoffee Pie !!

    Tomorrow is WI so will wait and see if it has impacted on me !!

    I know what you mean about the digestion side of things as it all certainly effected me big time - mainly the wine I expect !!
