Week 6 WI , 2 DAYS EARLY

Been for week 6 weigh in 2 days early, pharmacist couldn't do it on Friday.

Pleasd really cos its given me incentive to carry on, felt like crap yesterday, got an mouth ulcer the size of the Isle of Man,was the biggest ***** yesterday, for no reason.

Anyway lost 3 lbs.

So its 31 lbs total, weight 10/4 now , so hoping to get under 10 for hols.
