ok so week 6 weigh in today, and although ive "felt" lighter i did feel id put up weight!!
so got up on the scales and im UP 1lb!!
now i have mixed emotions about this. i was expecting to put up cause this is week 5 im on 1000 cals and have to start balancing out soon!!
BUT
then all the doubts come in, what am i doing "wrong", what am i not doing right!! so although i know i only went over cals on sat night and did reduce the next couple of days, i do know im NOT eating anything i shouldnt be. i just have to accept that my body needs to readjust to calories, and this is obviously the start of it.
i will however start 100% daily keeping a tab on cals (was letting it drift into the night before i did it) and will also cut back down on the fizzy drinks(since starting college mon, i can feel myself slowly slipping back down that route).
upping the water again to 2.5litres as that too is starting to dwindle!! xxx
