Just had my week 6 weigh in (the one I do at home first thing in morning, for consistency) - and I'm 2lbs shy of 3 stone in that short time - and (just) under 18st for the first time in some years.
I can now really see an end in sight, and it is now becoming very noticeable.
I've not been a serial dieter in the past, so have little experience of other diets, but I really feel in control with this and feel sure I can follow this through to the end.
