Week 6 wi

Hi,
Hope everyone is well and happy.
I had my 6th wi today and lost another 5 lbs, in total its now at 2 stone 12 lbs.
Ready to take on another week now!
Hoping to start re-feed in a month which will hopefully give me time to get another stone off at least.

Hi,
Thanks for all the replies, I'm over the moon at the weight I've lost so far.
I'm just glad I found this forum, think I might have lost the plot without reading all the great losses on here and all the tips and advice.
So a big Thanks to all on here who have given me the boost to keep on going!
