Had my week 7 weigh in and was worried it would be low as only lost 1lb last week. I told myself if it was only another 1lb then I'd quit and follow GL instead.
Happy to say -4lb woo, so am back on track and staying on the diet
Well done. I had the same last week - only lost 2lbs - and was really peed off but 4lbs off this week so feeling good again. Just our bodies playing tricks on us.
Thanks everyone, am re-motivated now and looking forward to losing the next stone, hopefully by the end of the month wen I go to see Westlife (sad I know) x
