lost 3lbs this week
(somehow 5lbs on cdc's scales)

but mine and her scales pretty much match now thank god

anyway... i am ecstatic with that since i had kfc on saturday lol

pretty much writing this next week off cos i am away at the wedding on fri-sun... gonna take some soups with me too for damage limitation... if i stay the same i would be over the moon
