Week 7 WI - Back on Track

    Not posted for a while, although loitering in the background constantly. So happy as I've lost 4lbs this week, and a quarter (got to add that quarter). I've been doing ss+, which I find a bit harder to be honest, as although I am eating, it does make me think about food more and more.
    I'm off on my jollys for a week now, and will try and be a good girl while I'm away, but I'm not too worried as I know this diet really works and the finish line is getting closer and closer., and a slip here and there wont stop me reaching my goal.
    Hope everyone else is doing well and will miss all the fab posts.
