    These are excellent. Well done. I'm doing OK, but it is slower than I thought it would be. Only 1lb, lost in two weeks, with no cheating. I would have expected to lose more, if only due to the number of calories. I'm drinking water too. But, I'm going to stick at it for a while again, it is expensive though for this amount of loss. I still have a good few pounds to go, and at this rate I'll be at it for a while. Going to try to put in my ticker again. Can't get the hang of it. I wonder how SuePass is doing, how you doing Suepass?
