thanks for all the comments and it is nice to be over the half way mark the only thing that is getting me down now is the fact i cant go and hit the gym hard :-( potentially got a advanced fitness test in 4-5 weeks time followed by a hard week long tainning course if i pass so may have to look at coming up plans sooner rather than later but figure as much as the gym will help losing another few pounds will help more
