    Hi everyone lost 3 this week wanted more but don't we always! :-( lol I've decided I'm going to do ss+ this week to see if it makes a difference to my weigh loss! X

    Hiya I'm feelin fine but I feel I need to do ss+ to teach my self while I'm losing weight portion control and I can't do that if I abstain from food altogether the difference in the weight loss between ss and ss+ is so small and I will be retraining my eating habits! I need to get out off my head if I eat I'm cheating! I've got alot more weight to lose and I feel doing ss+ is going to be easier to retrain my brain! Well I'm hoping lol what about you ate you ss ing or ss+ ing? X

    Well was doing exante , but within say few weeks i stray , but when looking at big loses i think , look you can do this and have them loses too , i was doing Cd but its the cost , but when i finish my exante i'll switch to CD as hoping i can stay on track this time . so seeing your loses , i think that can be me .
    Yes the difference in ss and ssplus is not alot .
    Anyway your doing great , how much more have you to lose ?
